At Heritage Wedding we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our top priorities. We carefully inspect each product before it is shipped so that you may be satisfied with your order. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers. Our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably. We hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. Upon receipt, please review your order and notify us of any quality issues. We will issue a prompt exchange for the same item or a full refund if notified within 30 days of receipt of your order. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

We want your order to be exactly as you wish. We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, initials and names carefully. Please don’t hesitate to email us at support@heritage-wedding.com if you have questions before placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed since we begin production shortly after receiving your order.

NOTE:  Heritage Wedding reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

Lead Time Policy

During our busy wedding season, we try our best to guarantee your gifts will arrive on time. However, we may require up to a 3 week lead time for production of personalized items due to high volume. Please contact us to check our current lead time in order to ensure your order is delivered on time for your big day.

NOTE: Heritage Wedding is not responsible for delivery delays due to unreasonable weather or any other unexpected circumstance affecting shipping carriers.

"I wish all my vendors had the same southern hospitality as heritage weddings! Initially, I ordered a button down shirt monogrammed and a tote. I'm the bride, and my NEW monogram is coincidently 'Mrs' my first shipment didn't appear as a monogram rather Mrs. The quality of the items were gorgeous and I wanted to wear them on my day regardless so I felt bad even saying anything. When I contacted heritage, she was apologetic and literally sent me the corrected items in the mail the next day to make sure I have them for. My big day! I was shocked. Coleen is AMAZING!!!!! I had to place a rush order and she ensured that we received our robes just in time for our destination wedding...not to mention my bridesmaids loved the robes-they were beautiful and exactly as described. Great craftsmanship, and such a deal deal! While shopping around, most duffel bags of this quality were twice the price and without the Monogram. I'm so glad I used this company. The bag arrived in time for Christmas and my boyfriend loves it! We've already used it twice and I can tell it's going to be a bag he has forever. Thank You!!
