1. Initials/Names **(Initials need to be in order you want them monogrammed)
2. Thread Colors (style 1 has 2 colors: 1 for initial and 1 for name)
3. Need-by date

Monogramming Rules

Note: Traditional monogram order is: First Name Initial, Last Name Initial, Middle Name Initial (the last name initial being in the center and a bit larger). For example, Connie Jean Webster would read: cWj. We will do the embroidery in the exact order you provide the initials. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to send us a convo. Thanks!

RETURN POLICY:

If we make a mistake on your order we will fix it at no cost to you OR you can return the item for a full refund. We also will allow returns on products without personalization.

We don’t allow returns on personalized items. Please be sure to ask all questions prior to placing your order. We cannot remove stitching once embroidery is complete,
