The Gates Wallet is designed to "do more" than a typical front pocket wallet! Crafted from our Doolittle framework it is often referred to as the "Do More Wallet". It can carry as many cards as a traditional bifold and retains cash with a stainless steel money clip.
The inside of the wallet has 2 interior card pockets with a stainless steel money clip. The outside of the wallet also has 2 card pockets.
This wallet is handmade right here in our Huntsville, Alabama shop with the finest of Full Grain American leathers. We hand–pick our leather hides from a local tannery for a rustic look and feel. Our leathers can vary in shades due to the way we have our leather tanned (the old fashioned way).
Fun Fact: This wallet was crafted by one of our managers and named after him. He found that the front pocket wallets didn't afford him the needed space for all his cards and cash. So he personally designed a front pocket wallet that would hold more.
I tend to be more of minimalist and wasn't sold on the idea until... I was working in the retail and a customer was wanting a front pocket wallet that could hold more. Not having anything to offer I asked Shaun for his wallet and showed the customer. The customer immediately purchased it and we sold 10 more that same day! It was an instant seller.
